After years of working as a Marriage and Family Therapist, I’ve expanded my services to support organizations, non-profits, and private businesses in navigating the human complexities of the workplace. Combining the goals of an organization with the needs, behaviors, and dynamics of the people within it can be both powerful and challenging. While humans bring creativity, emotional intelligence, and innovation to the table, they can also create friction in the form of poor communication, interpersonal conflict, resistance to change, unconscious bias, and struggles related to neurodivergence. With over 15 years of experience in the corporate sector, another 15 in the non-profit world, and 7 years as a therapist, I bring a systems-focused, people-centered approach to organizational consulting.
